PrintPitStop Return & Replacement Policy

Effective Date: 8 July 2026

At PrintPitStop, we strive to provide high-quality compatible (generic) printer inks and toner cartridges. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Product Quality

All products sold by PrintPitStop are:

* Brand new
* Compatible (generic) printer consumables
* Quality checked before dispatch

Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are confirmed to be faulty.

We do not accept returns for:

* Ordering the wrong product.
* Change of mind.
* Incorrect printer compatibility selected by the customer.
* Products that have been damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, or improper handling.

Faulty Products

If you believe your product is faulty, you must contact PrintPitStop within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

To process your claim, you must provide:

* Clear photos showing the fault.
* Proof of purchase.
* The product returned in its original packaging, including all accessories supplied.

Once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to be faulty, PrintPitStop will replace the product with the same item.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

PrintPitStop is not responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product.

Refund Policy

PrintPitStop does not offer refunds.

Approved warranty claims will be resolved by replacement of the faulty product only.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (South Africa) where applicable.
